How to order a custom rug
Contrary to popular belief, getting a custom-cut rug is pretty easy! Visit your local Nourison Home dealer, who can help you place your order. Pick your favorite pattern, then follow these steps:
- Choose a shape: Whether you need an octagon for sharp corners or you just need a rectangle larger than the standard, we’ve got you covered.
- Provide measurements: Share the length and width you need in feet and inches (whole numbers only).
- Choose a finish: Protect the edges of your rug with either a hand-serged or machine-serged finish.
- Add extra protection: Add a rug pad and fiber protectant to increase the overall longevity of your rug. While this is completely optional, we recommend both to get the most out of your investment.
And that’s it! Your dealer will place the order for you, which will typically ship in 2-4 weeks. Before you know it, you’ll be unwrapping a brand new rug made to fit your unique space.
